Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This website, nicemnubi.com, is operated by Nice Mnubi, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (contact: info@nicemnubi.com). Your privacy matters, and this page explains in plain language what personal data is handled when you use this website, which is very little.

1. What this website does not do

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, does not show advertising, and does not contain contact forms that store your data. Simply browsing this site leaves no personal information with me.

2. Server logs

Like almost every website, the hosting provider that serves this site may automatically record technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open, and the time of access. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and running, are handled by the hosting provider, and are not used by me to identify you.

3. Fonts

All fonts used on this website are stored on its own server. When you open the site, no request is sent to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transmitted to third parties for displaying text.

4. When you contact me

If you reach out by email or WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to share, typically your name, contact details, and your message. I use it only to reply to you and to handle your inquiry or project. I do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC / Meta and processes messages under its own privacy policy.

5. How long I keep your data

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or our working relationship, and to meet legal obligations (for example, records connected to invoices). After that, it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the Tanzanian Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, and to request deletion of data I no longer need to keep. To exercise any of these rights, simply email info@nicemnubi.com.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to other sites (for example, portfolio projects). I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. Please check their own privacy policies.

8. Changes to this policy

If the website changes in a way that affects your data, for example if a contact form or visitor statistics are added, this policy will be updated, and the date at the top will show the latest version.
